
When I took the cheesecake out of the oven, somehow the bottom of the springform pan wasn't in tight enough and cheesecake fell all over the counter, onto a piece of aluminum foil. I was able to salvage it all, by putting it back in the pan and letting it cool. It was a little bit harder to make the pops, but it worked! Success! Here is a link to the recipe!
