I used to make all my smoothies with yogurt, but since I've started using soy milk I can pack in a lot more nutrition, and they are still really creamy.<BR/><BR/>My favorite smoothie these days is one of many variations on this:<BR/><BR/>soy milk<BR/>banana (as ripe as possible and preferably frozen)<BR/>flavor (berries, peaches, even peanut butter works great)<BR/>oatmeal (I use this for roughage, thickening, and protein)<BR/><BR/>I actually made one like this with peanut butter while I was in labor with Rachel.
