I can't believe that happened...Yikes - flames!! I can't believe that happened right after the fire at your neighbor's house (did you ever get that fire extinguisher?) I'm glad that your family liked the chicken! This is the first peanut sauce I've ever made, and I really liked it, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are others out there that are better!
