Okay, I know I am a day late and I made the wrong recipe, but I have good reasons. Today is H day (We are doing a letter a day for Alphabet Days) and I wasn't able to make these before because I was in the process of moving. I was a little intimidated to make the brioche dough because it seemed like alot of people had trouble with it, but it was a cinch. The Bosch Mixer only had to mix for 5 minutes, and it wasn't even tired. The rest of the recipe came together in a pinch and these were ready to eat!
They rose in an hour and came out of the oven looking pretty. Delish! And don't worry I will make up the creme puff ring soon!
These look wonderful! I wish it was H day around here, too. The fish tacos look so yummy also. I hope all went well with your move. I'm so cranky when I have to box things up and car it across the country. I vowed not to move for five years after we moved last summer.
